Financial Analyst

Purpose of the Role
Support and actively participate in the evaluation and execution of real estate investment opportunities, contributing rigorous financial analysis, modeling, and generation of insights, with increasing autonomy over assets and processes within the area.
Key Responsibilities
•Support and progressively lead financial modeling of projects (cash flows, IRR, NPV).
•Actively participate in due diligence processes, coordinating information gathering with various counterparties.
•Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for investment committees, with a focus on clarity and analytical quality.
•Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities.
•Support the asset management of real estate assets.
•Support tracking of assets and portfolio performance.
•Collaborate on departmental projects with increasing autonomy on specific tasks.
