Meet the Chapter Leadership Team

Alex Livadas

BS ’06

Alex is a Partner at SETT Properties, co-leading the firm’s Mountain West activities. He has more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate investments, development, and asset management. Before joining SETT, Alex was Vice President at Dostart Development Company, engaged in project management, asset management, and underwriting for the firm’s investments. He also held direct investment roles in acquisitions, development, and asset management at Tishman Speyer. 

Alex earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University (Ithaca, NY) and Master of Business Administration degree from the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate (Madison, WI). He is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and an active member of NAIOP, ULI, DMCAR, and the Colorado Chamber of Commerce. 

Brian Cole, J.D.

BS ’07

Brian is a Partner at SETT Properties, co-leading the firm’s Mountain West activities. He has more than 5 years of experience in property management and real estate investments as well as more than 10 years of experience as a litigation attorney where he defended companies and property owners against accessibility claims brought under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).  

Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University (2007) and Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School (2015).  He is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado, a member of ULI, and is active with various environmental advocacy groups throughout the Mountain West region.

Rob Stofer

BS ’07

Rob is a Principal at Tekton Group, a Denver-based real estate investment and development firm. He has more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and capital markets. Prior to Tekton, Rob was a Principal at Magnetic Capital and previously held investment roles at Rialto Capital and PCCP, where he closed over $3 billion in transactions across all major property types. He began his career at Lehman Brothers in CMBS and restructuring.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from Cornell University. He is an active member and Governor of the NAIOP Research Foundation.
