To kick off 2019, in lieu of our monthly lunch we will be holding a property tour downtown followed by happy hour. We will be hosting a tour of the new Urban Live-Work concept, Bluelofts (www.rentbluelofts.com). Bluelofts was recently featured in the Dallas Morning News:
The concept seeks to fuse the growing trend for on-demand office with a creative living solution. It also addresses a problem in many office markets where obsolete space sits perennially vacant (e.g. downtown Dallas).
Please join us on January 10th at 4pm. We will be meeting in the lobby of the 1700 Pacific Building (1700 Pacific Ave, Dallas TX 75201) and then proceeding as a group to the Bluelofts model unit. The tour will be followed by a Happy Hour at a location to be determined.
