Matt Michetti

Matt Michetti is a Development Manager at Gilbane Development Company, the real estate development, investment, and property management arm of Gilbane, Inc. At Gilbane, Matt focuses on mixed-use residential development in the Mid-Atlantic region and is responsible for managing all aspects of the development process. Prior to joining Gilbane, Matt worked in development and acquisitions for Boston Development Group. Matt holds a Masters of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Temple University, and is an architect. Matt lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and two young sons.
