SUMMARY:5th Annual Cornell University HBCU Real Estate Case Competition
DESCRIPTION:In furtherance of the Cornell Real Estate Council (CREC)’s objective to help the real estate industry become more diverse and inclusive\, CREC is proudly sponsoring this rigorous real estate case competition event featuring bright undergraduate students attending Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCU’s). In the competition\, using a ‘real world’ commercial real estate project\, HBCU participant teams employ strategic thinking\, financial acumen\, communication and creativity to convince a panel of distinguished industry leaders. The finals of the competition will be held on April 9th\, 2024\, at the ULI Spring Conference\, New York Hilton Midtown\, Concourse A. \nCREC members and conference attendees are invited to attend the finals of this competition and encourage the next generation of real estate professionals. Space is limited; please email asd246@cornell.edu to attend this event.
