DESCRIPTION:Each month\, CREC Philadelphia will host luncheons throughout Philadelphia and its surrounding region. Each event will feature a guest speaker and a topic relevant to commercial real estate. \nTopic: Industrious \nWhen: Tuesday\, March 10th \nTime: 11:30 am – 1:00 pm \nLocation: \nBlackney Hayes Architects Office \n150 S. Independence Mall West\, Suite 1200 \nPhiladelphia\, PA 19106 \n(Enter through the Chestnut Street entrance\, next to Wawa) \nSpeakers: Industrious \nJerre Riggs: Jerre leads expansion for asset owners headquartered in the Mid-Atlantic region as well as portions of the Mid-West. Prior to joining Industrious\, Jerre was a commercial broker with Colliers International and is a former AmLaw 100 litigator. Outside of work\, Jerre is an Ironman triathlete\, avid skier\, and a struggling surfer. He spends as much time as possible outdoors\, searching for new adventures with his wife and son. He holds a JD from Villanova University School of Law and a BS in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Cornell University. \nAndrew Powers: He spent the first 4 years of his career as a consultant at EY\, where the majority of his time was devoted to building its Managed Services business. Andy graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Applied Economics and Management. He begrudgingly roots for the Cleveland Browns\, Cavaliers and Indians.
