DESCRIPTION:The LA Chapter of the Cornell Real Estate Council invites you to join the Land Economics Society (LAI) Los Angeles Chapter for a discussion on the Development of Micro-Units. \n“In a county facing a shortage of a million housing units\, how can we provide more affordable housing\, be more welcoming to families\, and boost transit ridership in our urban centers? The answer comes in a small package: micro-units” \nJoin us for a special presentation with James Frost and Jacob LaJoie of Frost Chaddock Developers. Frost Chaddock was founded in 1994 and develops and manages over $150 million in multi-family and mixed-use projects located throughout Greater Los Angeles. \nReception begins at 11:45am\, lunch at noon\, and the program at 12:30pm.
