SUMMARY:Dallas Chapter - Property Tour and Q&A Session
DESCRIPTION:Join fellow Cornellians working in real estate in North Texas as we tour the newly completed phase I of the Fourteen555 office park located on the Dallas North Tollway. The tour will begin at 10:30am on February 14th. \nDeveloped by Cawley Partners\, Fourteen555 contains two\, 240\,000 SF\, 6-story office buildings with highly-efficient floor plates and high-end finishes. The two office buildings are separated by a courtyard and three-story amenity building called “The Hub”. The Hub includes a full-service restaurant with indoor-outdoor seating\, a fitness area\, conference faclity\, and open-air covered terrace with games and lounge seating.  \nThe property tour will be followed by a Q&A session with CEO of Cawley Partners\, Bill Cawley. Following the Q&A session\, CREC members will grab a quick lunch at Ascension Coffee at Fourteen555. \nThe event is free but requires advanced RSVP. See the RSVP link below.
