Steve also held a dual-role as Managing Director of Retail in the greater Mid-Atlantic region\, part of the leadership that guided over 500 CBRE retail advisory and transaction professionals in North America\, and specifically hired\, trained\, developed\, and managed over 50 professionals. Currently\, Steve is delivering customized Enterprise Solutions for both retailers and owners/investors in the Philadelphia region and nationally. Prior to CBRE\, Steve served as President and Partner of Metro Commercial Real Estate\, and before that\, was Chief Operating Officer of Michael Salove Company (now MSC Retail). \nSteve is a past PA/NJ/DE chair for The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He has served as an expert contributor to The Wall Street Journal\, Fox’s Good Day Philadelphia\, and as a guest lecturer at The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania\, Columbia University\, and George Washington University\, his alma mater\, where he remains active in real estate affairs.
