DESCRIPTION:Pete Cramer is Vice President of Development at Wexford Science + Technology and Market Executive for the Philadelphia Market where he actively manages the marketing\, leasing\, financing\, operation and construction of uCity Square – Wexford’s project in the Philadelphia market. uCity Square is an 8.0 million square foot mixed-use development project located in West Philadelphia and University City from 34th to 38th along Market Street and north to Lancaster and Powelton Avenues. Specific buildings that Wexford manages include 3711 Market\, 3737 Market\, 3675 Market and 3401 Market. Currently\, Pete is helping lead the development of nearly 1.4M SF of new space\, valued at over $750M\, and made up of five separate projects. Pete graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University.
