To diversify the offerings provided to the Chicago Chapter of the Cornell Real Estate Council, we’re excited to invite you to a virtual learning session on Wednesday, August 31st. Mike Flanagan, VP of Capital Markets at Green Courte Partners, will provide a high-level summary of what’s happened in the interest rate and derivatives markets thus far in 2022 and what is forecast to happen over the next 12 months. This session will be useful for everyone in the real estate industry. The presentation aims to give everyone a common understanding of what’s happened in the markets so that all attendees can be more educated and well-versed on this topic.
