Please come join us at the first event of CREC Toronto Chapter for an exclusive tour of the Bay Adelaide North Tower. Bay Adelaide North is the third and final tower in the Bay Adelaide Center complex in downtown Toronto. Upon completion, the sustainably designed and operated property will feature large podium floors, access to Toronto’s underground PATH system, and an extensive end-of-trip facilities for commuters. Major tenants include Scotiabank, Deloitte, and Cassels. Representatives from the Brookfield Development team will walk us through the property and provide insights into the development process of the building.
