Project Details: The Docks at Capitol Riverfront on the Anacostia is a four-phase, 1.2 Million square foot master-planned mixed-use development located in SE Washington, D.C. The entire plan has 40,000 square feet of open space surrounding the buildings and direct waterfront access. Phase I, branded Dock79, consists of 281,050 square feet of residential use and 19,000 square feet of ground floor retail use oriented around a public plaza and riverfront promenade, which will connect with Yards Park. Phase II, currently branded as the Maren, is a 280-unit, 13-story multi-family building with 10,000 square feet of ground-level retail; Phase III is a 325,000 GSF Class A office building with ground floor retail; and Phase IV is a 270,000 GSF hotel with ground floor retail.
