Vicky Lee is a Vice President of Development for Focus in Chicago. Vicky has over 10 years of real estate development and design experience. Since joining Focus in 2015, Vicky has been directly involved with managing various development projects including spearheading the entitlement and acting as owner’s rep for The Atworth. She graduated with an MBA from the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business in 2015.
Jason Patch
Baker, ’13
Jason Patch is Managing Partner of Grand Basin Capital. Prior to forming Grand Basin Capital, Jason launched the Asset & Construction Management division for the Prado Group, held asset management, acquisitions, and development roles in Jonathan Rose Companies’, and worked in commercial banking. He graduated with an MPSRE from the Cornell University Baker Program in 2013.
